Company Policies

Nawawi Studio — Services & Policies. At Nawawi Studio, every project is approached with a focus on quality, communication, testing, and long-term reliability. The following policies exist to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both the client and the studio.

Payment Policy

To begin any project, an upfront deposit is required before active development starts.

Standard payment structure: 50% upfront before development begins, and 50% before final delivery and ownership transfer.

For larger or more advanced projects, milestone-based payment structures may be used depending on project scope and duration.

In certain situations, Nawawi Studio may allow adjusted payment structures depending on the project, client relationship, or development scope. However, upfront payment will never be reduced below 25% of the agreed project price.

Final website files, ownership access, deployment credentials, and editable assets are transferred only after final payment has been completed.

Nawawi Studio reserves the right to pause or delay development if payment agreements are not respected.

Revision Policy

Each project includes a reasonable revision process to ensure the final result aligns with the client's vision.

Minor adjustments and refinements are included throughout development. However, excessive redesign requests, major structural changes after approval, or new feature additions outside the original agreement may require additional pricing depending on scope.

The goal of the revision system is to maintain both creative quality and project efficiency.

Each client is allotted a set number of revision meetings, conducted either online or in person, with the exact count determined by the selected pricing package. These sessions are dedicated to refining direction and ensuring the final website aligns precisely with the client's vision.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Every project developed by Nawawi Studio goes through a structured testing and review process before final delivery.

Testing may include responsiveness across screen sizes, interaction and animation testing, navigation testing, performance reviews, visual consistency checks, usability evaluation, and bug identification and correction.

Projects are reviewed carefully to ensure a polished and reliable final experience.

Warranty Policy

Nawawi Studio provides a limited post-delivery support period for bug fixes and technical issues directly related to the original delivered product.

Warranty coverage may include broken interactions, unintended visual issues, functionality errors, and deployment-related bugs.

The warranty does not cover major redesign requests, new feature development, client-caused issues after delivery, third-party service failures, or large scope modifications outside the original agreement.

Additional updates or long-term maintenance may be available separately depending on project requirements.

Warranty duration is determined by the selected pricing package and may be tailored to the client's specific needs upon request.

Services

Nawawi Studio specializes in custom website design crafted to each client's identity, vision, and goals — built with precision, performance, and a distinct visual presence.

The studio is committed to fast service fulfilment and responsive communication, ensuring quick replies and timely progress at every stage of development.

A dedicated testing team reviews each project thoroughly before delivery, and clients are offered multiple revision opportunities throughout the creative process to refine and perfect the final result.

Expedited delivery requests may be declined at the studio's discretion when current workload does not allow for an accelerated timeline. In such cases, the standard delivery schedule will apply.

All stated delivery timelines begin only once the client has provided every piece of information, content, and material required to commence development. The production countdown does not start until these materials have been received in full.

Communication & Workflow

Clear communication is an important part of every project.

Clients may receive progress updates, previews, development checkpoints, testing demonstrations, and revision opportunities throughout production.

This helps ensure that projects remain aligned with expectations from concept to final delivery.

To ensure timely delivery, clients are kindly expected to provide all relevant information, content, and project requirements at the outset of development. Early submission of these materials allows the studio to maintain its production schedule and deliver results within the agreed timeframe.
